EmRes® guides you to safely notice the physical sensations linked to these emotions, allowing your body to recognize that the perceived threat is no longer present.
By staying present with these sensations for a short time, your brain organically integrates and updates the obsolete emotional pattern.

What to Expect During an EmRes® Session
Convenient and Comfortable
Sessions are available in person, by phone, or online, offering a flexible and supportive space where you can feel comfortable and at ease. You remain fully awake and aware throughout the session.
No Reliving the Past
EmRes® does not involve revisiting past high stress experiences. Instead, the process gently focuses on present-moment physical sensations and awareness.
A Calm, Supportive Conversation
Sessions are designed to feel calm, supportive, and conversational, offering a gentle and non-invasive experience.
Focused and Efficient
Each session typically lasts up to 1 hour. Some people choose to arrive with a recent stressful emotion or situation in mind, and guidance is available to help you explore what feels most appropriate to focus on during the session.
Ongoing Support
Each person’s experience is unique, and people may notice different changes or insights over time. Follow-up sessions can provide ongoing support and space to reflect on your experience and emotional wellbeing.
