EmRes® guides you to safely notice the physical sensations linked to these emotions, allowing your body to recognize that the perceived threat is no longer present.
By staying present with these sensations for a short time, your brain organically integrates and updates the obsolete emotional pattern.

It is unrealistic to assume one EmRes® session will resolve all Anxiety, often there are several aspects of life affected by a persons anxiety. Here’s what you can expect during a session:
What to Expect During an EmRes® Session
Convenient and Comfortable
Sessions can be facilitated in person, by phone or online allowing you to relax comfortably at home or in a clinic space, fully awake and aware throughout the process.
No Reliving the Past
You won’t need to revisit the original high stress events — EmRes® focuses on your present physical sensations to guide the emotional resolution.
A Calm, Supportive Conversation
Sessions feel like having a relaxed conversation with a caring practitioner, making the experience gentle, easy, and non-invasive.
Focused and Efficient
Each session typically lasts up to 1 hour. It’s helpful to arrive with a recent stressful emotion or recent situation in mind, but your practitioner can assist you in identifying what you want to work with if needed.
Ongoing Support and Lasting Change
Most clients notice profound shifts even after one or two sessions. A follow-up “check-in” ensures that the results are lasting and supports your continued emotional wellbeing.
