Every session is unique to you and what your body needs at that time, facilitated by me and guided by innate wisdom. No pressure, no overthinking — just a practical way to reset and move forward with more clarity and ease.

Our time together feels like an adventure, because I never know what we will work with.

Here are a few common examples of what I have noticed:
