Guide to Appointments
Arrive 10 minutes earlier on your initial consultation, to allow time to fill out a client information forms, if you haven’t completed it already.

Naturopathic Consultations:

*Products are extra and not included in the Naturopathic consult fee above.

Appointment Policy
To allow Amanda to help someone else in need Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel appointments; otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Missed appointments will be charged the full standard consultation fee.
Refund Policy
I do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a consultation or service, so ask any questions and ensure this service is right for you before you book.
For my online courses, programs, Workshops, Masterclasses and meditation evenings, you may request a refund up to 1 week before the start date. No refunds are available after this time.
If you are prevented from attending by extreme circumstances beyond your control, please contact me to discuss the situation. I may offer a pro rata refund or reschedule to a later date, at my sole discretion.
Payment Terms
I accept payment by Credit Card via eftpos (in person or over the phone), Stripe, PayPal, Cash, EFT – bank deposit.
Your details may be entered at the time of payment, but I do not retain any record of your credit card details. Simple Clinic may store your credit card details if you agree.
Payments are to be made before for online services and products. Payments are to be made before or at the of the consultations or services if in person. If reordering products payments to be made at the time of the order being placed.
No GST Included on the invoice. Payment is due on the day of receiving invoice.
I do not offer payment plans for my 1:1 consultations, but payment plans may be available on request for my online courses and programs.
Concessions are available upon request.
