Resolving Stressful Emotions
I am always on the lookout for new ways to support you during our sessions together, especially resolving stressful emotions. I experienced Emotional Resolution® during a Bodytalk session from Angela, who lives in Texas. I was in awe of the simplicity and that within a few minutes the intensity of my emotions had melted away.
The excitement of being able to share this with you, inspired me to quietly study behind the scenes last year.
This led to me becoming a Certified “Emotional Resolution®” Practitioner and Self Emotional Resolution® Facilitator on 18th October 2024.

Emotional Self Care
I was curious about Emotional Resolution®, my heart filled with excitement and before I knew it I had booked into Angela and Todd’s 5 week Self – EmRes® Masterclass in April 2024.
It took awareness, a shift of old patterns, time and space to allow myself to STOP and practice Self EmRes, as the stressful emotions presented.
It just so happened that we were building a new home and I had many emotions arise including – frustration, impatience, fear and worry.
One night I woke up in a panic.
My heart was racing, throat was choked up and I had knots in my stomach. I sat up in bed and did self EmRes.
Within 90 seconds my heart beat returned to normal, my throat felt soft and the knot in my stomach was gone.
As I drifted back to sleep I thought how grateful I was to have such an effective way to honour, feel and resolve any emotions that I had.
Its no surprise that when our energy shifts the world around us changes.
It had such a profound impact on me that I wanted to share it with the world, including you!
To feel empowered and relief knowing that you can manage whatever stressful emotion or feeling comes along, easily and effectively.
