What a fabulous month of new beginnings, flow and abundance in so many areas. I started this month with a new booking system, which will make it easier for everyone to make bookings, receive and pay invoices, receive communications and book online courses. 

The greatest joy was teaching my first Self-EmRes® masterclass to a group of incredible Women. The ability to be able to self-regulate (and resolve) emotional triggers as they happen is amazing. I will share more about what we experienced personally and as a group. 

My next course, with new themes is starting Monday 18th August.
