Seniors Week will be celebrated from 8 – 15 November, and is a great opportunity for
everyone to celebrate the valuable contributions that seniors make to our community.

Mindful Ageing – Monday 7 November 10am – 11am
Feeling satisfied with your health and life as you get older is really important. Come along to our special session on brain health and hear some overall tips and tricks which assist with ageing wisely and living a longer, happier life.

Health and Wellbeing Fair Thursday 10 November 9am – 1pm
There will be health professionals, wellbeing stalls and 20 minute activity sample classes for you to try including yoga, tai chi and a smoothie demonstration. Free health checks, give-aways and goodie bags are also on offer, as well as free morning tea to be provided.
Walk-in lunch service also available.
