I have been thinking of you all and hope that you and your families are well and finding your natural rhythm during these changing and uncertain times.

It has been a roller coaster ride adapting to the self-isolation, however it is important to honour whatever emotions arise, whether they be celebrating joyous moments or feeling fear and distress from the unknown. It helps when you give yourself permission to feel what emotions bubble up, to release them and let them dissipate.

I have been reminded of the importance of my daily practices to keep me grounded and connected to my inner calm, clarity and energy.
